This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you play Origin Trail (the "Game"), a single-player mobile game. By downloading or playing the Game, you agree to the practices described below. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

The Game does not require you to create an account, and we do not directly ask you for personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number. Your game progress and settings are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to us.

The Game displays advertisements through Google AdMob. AdMob and its partners may use device identifiers, cookies, and similar technologies to serve and measure ads, including personalized ads where permitted. Where required by law (for example under the EU GDPR), the Game presents a consent prompt before serving
personalized ads. You can also opt out of personalized advertising, or reset your advertising identifier,
at any time in your device settings (on Android: Settings → Google → Ads).
The Game offers an optional in-app purchase (for example, to remove ads), processed through Google Play Billing. All payment and billing information is handled by Google Play; we do not receive, process, or store your payment card details. Your purchase is governed by Google Play's Terms of Service.
We do not use a separate third-party analytics service. Aggregate, non-identifying performance and crash information may be provided to us through the Google Play Console and Google AdMob so we can maintain and improve the Game.
The Game is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Game, please contact us at origintrailsupport@gmail.com and we will take appropriate steps to address it.
Because your game progress is stored locally on your device, you can remove it at any time by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the Game. Information collected by our third-party providers is retained and secured according to their respective privacy policies. While no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, we and our providers take reasonable measures to protect information.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to access, correct, or delete personal information, or to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising. The Game is available worldwide. By using the Game, you understand that information handled by our third-party providers may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, which may have different data-protection laws than your country.
